Description

-Responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs.

- Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization, HSE managers coordinate training programs for employees.

- Investigates such incidents, establishes the causes and recommends preventive action against a recurrence.

- Prepares monthly reports and makes presentations which indicates day-to-day workplace inspection results and workers' response to safety incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor degree in Public Health or related major.
• Have minimum 5 years experience in Logistics Industry (Road Transportation) / Manufacturing.
• Have experience and depth knowledge in Auditor SMK3, Ahli K3 Umum, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have proven experience and intimate knowledge in the following: The implementation and maintenance of SHE Management System.
• Auditing experience; Incident investigation and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) is required.
• An individual with high paced, strong in conceptual thinking as well as in operational tasks.
• Ability to multi-tasking and manage deadlines.
